When Tenx Software Foundations was founded in 2018, its mission was clear: to simplify enterprise resource planning (ERP) and provide affordable, yet high-quality SAP support and add-ons for businesses to solve their day-to-day tasks and challenges. Armed with the expertise of its founders, CEO Sukesh Govindan and CTO Madhuker Ganji, who are certified SAP professionals, and a passion for innovation, Tenx has delivered a range of SAP add-ons and innovations for more than 15 industries over the years built up.
“An ERP, whatever it is, doesn’t fit every business perfectly,” explains Govindan. “Specific business processes always have to be mapped in an industry-specific way.
“As a SAP Build Partner, our main goal was to develop innovations that benefit and optimize the business processes of a start-up or a small and medium-sized company.”
In its role as SAP Build Partner, Tenx identifies gaps in ERP and leverages cloud application programming on SAP’s latest technology platform to develop innovative add-ons to meet business needs. Tenx empowers businesses by providing solutions designed by certified SAP professionals that perfectly match their needs.
“When we see a complex business requirement that needs to be mapped, we don’t resort to the word impossible because we believe anything can be achieved with the latest SAP technology platform, regardless of the industry,” says Govindan.
Tenx has good reason to be confident in its capabilities and expertise. Dubbed the Beaver of SAP, it is known for its architectural prowess. The company has more than 15 proven innovations used by at least 100 plus customers in the GCC.
“Our most popular innovations like 10XPaybooks, the complete HR and payroll solution for GCC, 10XCart, the complete retail solution, and 10XLimo, the van sales automation add-on, have been certified by SAP and are available in the SAP Store,” he adds Govindan .
That explains why Armela Farms, one of the leading hydroponic growing companies and the largest producer of aquatic lettuce in the United Arab Emirates, has partnered with Tenx to streamline their operations.

In the first phase of the project, Tenx will implement SAP Business One with its own innovations for payroll and van sales automation, while in the second phase it will work on the full automation and set-up of an advanced data-driven agriculture in Armela’s new facility in Al Ain will help.
“Because the new facility combines data-driven cultivation with advanced ERP, we chose SAP,” explains Yazan Abu Jaish, COO of Armela Farms. “The reason we chose Tenx is that they are SAP’s Build Partner and will help us to build and mainstream automation in hydroponics using the latest SAP business technology platform with cloud application programming.

“The beauty of Tenx is that they are passionate specialists in the SAP field and their goal is customer success. They have a proven track record of successful projects with SAP in the UAE.”
In the plant, which should be ready in the first quarter of next year and has an estimated daily production of six tons of lettuce, everything from sowing to harvest will be fully automated. Using technology new to the region, the automated system monitors temperature, humidity and air purity for optimal crop growth.
“Tenx took the time to study how the farms are performing and by integrating farm data with SAP ERP using the 10X/4HydroZAP add-on, reduced manual work and automated processes wherever possible,” explains Govindan. “This add-on will be built on top of SAP, which in turn will simplify the process of integrating with the ERP. With 10X/4HydroZAP, operational data can be easily analyzed in SAP, giving top management better visibility and predictions for better planning and production decision-making.”
Aside from these innovations in agriculture, human resources and payroll, delivery automation and retail, Tenx offers services in a variety of other industries such as construction and contracting, real estate, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and financial services.
With headquarters in Dubai, an offshore development center in Hyderabad, India and more than 60 employees worldwide, the company has also established a toll-free number to better serve its customers.
“In today’s world, customer retention is one of the most important challenges and Tenx has achieved this not only because of their technical prowess and extensive SAP knowledge, but also by maintaining transparency and meeting project deadlines without compromising on quality,” says Sukesh Govindan.

Tenx has a special offer on one of its premium services, 10XCare, which provides daily support for all 10X innovations and add-ons on SAP in the region. “Those interested can opt for all 10X innovations and add-ons for a 12-month contract for only Dh999 per month, with the first month being free,” he says. “Customers can opt out after a month without a contract if they are dissatisfied with the service.”
