ARLINGTON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aug. September 2022–

Accenture Federal Services (AFS), an Accenture (NYSE: ACN) subsidiary, announces new positions for two executives following the departure of Chief Operating Officer Kenny Mitchell. Ron Ash will serve as the new chief operating officer and Elaine Beeman will assume the responsibilities of chief leadership officer.

Ron Ash has held a variety of positions at AFS, most recently as head of the company’s Safety & Citizen Services portfolio. Ash previously served as Client Account Lead for both the State and Justice Departments, in addition to leading the Strategy and Advisory Growth Platform. Ash started his career at Accenture serving clients across multiple industries with a focus on supply chain transformation. Ash has been instrumental in shaping and driving AFS’ I&D priorities and supports the company’s Hispanic American Employee Resource Group.

As Chief Leadership Officer, Elaine Beeman’s responsibilities will focus on employee experience and succession planning, working closely with AFS’ Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, Portfolio Leads and the I&D Council to drive leadership development efforts. Beeman will continue to lead the company’s Civilian portfolio. Beeman joined AFS in 2009 and served as a Management Consulting Business Lead before taking on the role of Civilian Portfolio Lead where she has been involved in career development, people development and I&D initiatives.
